CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Joint Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to both our clients and service providers, please review our updated cancellation policy below: - Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining service balance. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 75% of the total appointment amount. - Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may be subject to a $10 late fee, and the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Please note: No additional guests or children are permitted during appointments unless previously approved. We kindly ask that you respect your service provider’s time, as blocked appointment times directly affect scheduling and earnings.
